We’ve seen teases and leaks over the past few weeks that have basically told us everything we need to know about Sennheiser’s new Momentum 4 wireless headphones, but now the long-awaited ANC cans are officially on pre-order worldwide. August 23 date.
With an incredible 60 hours of battery life (including fast-charging capability that can provide six hours of listening in just ten minutes), the Momentum 4 Wireless headphones also feature a new design that is sure to divide Sennheiser Momentum 3 fans. Wireless.
Gone are its predecessor’s folding arms, physical buttons, and bold metal and leather styling, replaced by a design language that seems to borrow heavily from Sony’s WH-1000XM5.
Fortunately, the new design is said to offer more comfort than before, with a low-friction hinge mechanism, improved padding in the headband and deeper cushioning in the cushions.

Sennheiser also promises improved adaptive noise cancellation and transparency, with the ability to tailor the Momentum 4 Wireless’s sound to your liking via the Sennheiser Smart Control app, which offers a variety of sound modes and built-in EQ functionality.
Additionally, the Momentum 4 Wireless features Smart Pause functionality, automatically pausing your music when you take your headphones off, along with Auto On/Off power-saving features to quickly turn your cans on when you pick them up or turn them off when are not being used.
